Penne with vegetables and tapenade

After a long afternoon at the goodwill, dinner was a quick-make affair: whole wheat penne pasta, with sauteed spinach, and tapenade.

While the pasta was boiling, the spinach went for a wok with some fresh basil, snap peas, garlic, and some cherry tomatoes. When the two were combined in the bowl, store-bought tapenade was added to complete dinner.
