Grainy Camera Phone Pictures: Geuze Boon

Despite spelling it a little bit funny, Brouwerij Boon cranked out a lovely little gueuze here. Tart, sour apple flavors mingled with an earthy, slightly peppery character that finished very dry and clean. Interesting style, check out some info about it here. I've had 6 of the top 10 examples of style, and would recommend it for a champagne replacement or to freak out someone who's never had a beer like it.
