In a manner of speaking. "Made" is a bit strong. I used Google Sites to make a few little pages about beer, just to try it out. Sites is super easy to work with; if you want to make a place online where people can go to check out new information or even work as collaborators, and a blog seems too cheesy (or not helpful), definitely check Sites out.
